King Biscuit Time - Beta Band crossed by Ian Brown- very good
The Fall - like no-one else - excellent. Turned up played some songs and fudged off perfect.

Went to see Elbow at the Pyramid's on Sunday, two things came through;
Elbow were excellent, even though Guy Garvey broke his foot falling off a curb whilst pissed...such a Rock Star...and was forced to sit for most of the gig.
Mew were supporting, and they sounded rather good. I'm always impressed when a support band sound good as usually, the main act tend to turn them down (Kyuss supporting Metallica). Credit to Elbow, Mew were given just as good a sound.

I'm still gutted that I missed Elbow\Mew.. though I was in sunny Prague having a jolly time so I can't complain too much. A few of our number were at the Pyramids on Sunday from the sound of it.. it was Banto's first real exposure to Mew and he liked them (excellent), the new album is a real grower. I heard Elbow did a 90 minute set, though if the lead singer is crocked that'll probably explain it..
