Support - Some bird playing solo. A bit of folky acoustic guitar. Very charming and inoffensive.
The main event kicked off, the tunes were very high tempo and performed with vigour by a bunch of very talented musicians, but being typically British a lot of the audience (95% of which were pretty old, therefore probably crippled) weren't getting into it, myself included.
BUT THEN........Enter special guest star Marc Almond. There was a boogie woogie version of tainted love which was superb and it fired everyone up. From Being sat down towards the back of the Guildhall we were suddenly dancing right infront of the stage. From then on it got better and better. Turned out to be a superb show after a shakey start.
