so has anyone else signed themselves up to audioscrobbler? it's a wee doohickey that plugs into your media player of choice and uploads stats of what you've been listening to, which is nice (and should appeal to the statistically minded of us, ahem). after much umming and aahing about it I finally took the plunge, thus this

isn't it just always the way? you sign yourself up for something and they go and revamp the website almost straightaway. hence audioscrobbler has now become LAST.FM. they've added some cool new features, the best of which would be the personal radio feature. by setting your 'tags' for your favourite artistes it'll stream 128kps MP3s based on what you like (you can also set it so it'll only play music that you've not heard before that it thinks you might be interested in). how cool is that? anyway, my page is now here.

The radio feature is pretty cool, but it's even better if you've a group set up. Once there's around 10-15 people in a group you get both a radio stream AND a chart based on the combined songs\artists listened to. So, if enough of us sign up we could have SonOfMusicClub radio via Last.FM. Isn't technology fab?
