Steve Arnott (ex- The Chosen\ The Immortals\ Slippery Things) is donning his guitar again, for charity, at a fund-raiser for the Portchester Players. He'll once more be blowing the dust of the mighty Wheel of Music (the amazing sing-a-long-a-song selector) and trying to remember tunes of all shapes and sizes as the Wheel dictates. When?December 9th. The fun starts at 2000 and continues through til 2300. Where?Portchester Community CentreWestlands Grove Portchester PO16 9AD If you're not sure where that is, here's a map. Tickets cost just £5 and, if you want one (or loads), just let me know.

By the middle of last week there were only 8 tickets left for this fundraiser; by the weekend they'd all been snaffled up so this Friday's gig is now SOLD OUT. That's good news for the Portchester Players, who have also just launched their brand spanking new website. It's bad news for Chris though; I managed to talk him into going only to find out afterward that all the tickets had gone. Oops.
