I received the following email from those awfully nice chaps at the Gosport & Fareham Festival:
May we remind you of our other Festival, the Wickham Summer Festival, being held in the beautiful village of Wickham just north of Fareham between Thursday August 3 and Sunday August 6.
Headline artists include Richard Thompson; Oysterband; Steeleye Span; Osibisa; Shooglenifty; Seth Lakeman; King Creosote; Flook; Fiddlers Bid; Los Pacaminos featuring Paul Young and many more.
Plus a special one-off show by Sparks (featuring Ron & Russell Mael) at the Ferneham Hall in Fareham on Friday August 4.
I've updated the Events Calendar (click here to go to August) with all the necessary information for the Festival's events. Unfortunately the Sparks gig is the same night as Richard Thompson's appearance at the Festival proper, so I may have to toss a coin to decide who to go see.
