but wouldn't that mean person 'A' could have 2 or 3 discs land on their desk whilst person 'Y' i.e me, would get them last........

good point, you could just not tick your name off ::)on the sheet and then pass it straight on.

that's kind of how it was before; the list insert had a tick box. the plan was the CDs went clockwise in a loop around the office from the person sending it.. which of course worked OK until Brettles ended up with 3 CDs on his desk.. ho-hum..
